Nuestro Chef, Ricardo Méndez, arrancó su carrera en la gastronomía desde 2012 cuando fundó su pizzería Casa Jaguar en Cancún. Durante su trayecto ha participado en cocinas como Ofelia Bistro, en Guadalajara, Pujol, Quintonil y Maximo Bistrot en la ciudad de México, para mencionar algunas.
